2 tablespoon liquid butter buds
1/4 cup wheat germ
4 tablespoon quick oats, oatmeal
4 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cup green beans
1 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup nonfat sour cream
4 teaspoon corn starch

In a 9 inch glass pie plate microwave liquid butter buds, wheat germ, oatmeal, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder, on high for 2-3 minutes. Stir after each minute. Remove mixture from pie plate, set aside. In the same plate combine green beans, mushrooms, and onion. Microwave on high 3-4 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir in combined sour cream and corn starch, coating vegetables thoroughly. Microwave on high 1 1/2-2 1/2 minutes, or until sauce is slightly thickened. Stir. Sprinkle reserved wheat germ mixture over the top before serving. Per serving: fat 1 G, cholesterol 0 MG, fiber 3 G, calorries 106, 8 percent from fat protein 6 G, carbohydrate 12 G, sodium 92 MG.
