Shaker Christmas Snow Cream

2 quart newly fallen snow
1 single cream
1 single vanilla
1 single granulated sugar

Make this very quickly and eat it immediately. Mix cream and vanilla together. Snow cream should be flavored to taste. That is why no proportions are given. After collecting snow, take a large chilled bowl, and put snow in layers, sprinkling sugar on each layer. Fold flavored cream into snow, being sure not to let the cream fall to the bottom of the bowl. Toss snow constantly. It will freeze the cream.
