Shaker Country Dressing

1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup cold water
2 each egg yolks
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tablespoon butter

Dissolve dry mustard, sugar, salt, and flour in water. Beat egg yolks and vinegar in top of double boiler. Add dissolved ingredients. Cook and stir dressing over boiling water until thick and smooth. Stir in butter.

Yield: 8 servings
