1 single halipenio slices to taste
1 lb nonfat cheddar cheese
1 lb nonfat motzzarella cheese
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup eggbeaters
1 can evaporated skim milk

Arrange grated motzzarella and cheddar cheeses in a 9-11 inch baking dish. Mix flour, eggbeaters, and skim milk. Pour mixture over cheese. Arrange as many halipenios on top as you desire. Bake at 350 degrees, 30 minutes. Per serving: fat 0.1 G, cholesterol 4 MG, fiber 0 G, calories 56, 2 percent calories from fat, protein 9 G, carbohydrate 4 G, sodium 173 MG.
