Shaker Cream Pie

1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoon butter
3 each egg yolks
1 single tart jelly

Combine flour and sugar. Cream butter and sugar with flour mixture. Add eggs and mix well. Stir in heavy cream, and pour into an unbaked 9 inch pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees, 45 minutes, or until set. Remove from oven. Cover top of pie evenly with a thin layer of tart jelly and cool.

Yield: 8 servings
