Shaker Creamed Chicken With Mushrooms

3 cup chicken, ground
1/2 cup mushrooms, ground
1 cup thick white sauce
1 tablespoon butter
3 each eggs, beaten
2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
1 teaspoon chopped parsley

Combine white sauce with ground chicken and mushrooms. Add butter and eggs. Beat mixture vigorously, until thoroughly combined. Add salt, pepper, and parsley. Pour mixture into greased mold, and cover with foil. Place mold in a shallow pan which contains about 1/2 inch water. Place pans in oven, and steam at 400 degrees, 1 1/2 hours. Serve with Shaker Mushroom Cream Sauce.

Yield: 8 servings
