Shaker Culiflower Casserole

2 cup cut culiflower, steamed
1/4 lb velveta cheese
4 tablespoon butter
12 each ritz crackers, crumbled

Steam and drain culiflower. Melt cheese with half of butter. Mix with culiflower. Place in greased baking dish. Melt remaining butter and mix with crumbled crackers. Sprinkle crumbs atop casserole. Bake at 350 degrees, 20 minutes.

Yield: 4 servings
