Shaker Fried Bananas

6 each bananas, peeled
1 each egg, beaten
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup crushed frosted corn flakes

Cut bananas in 1 inch slices. Dip each slice in beaten egg and salt. Drain. Roll each slice in frosted corn flake crumbs. Fry in hot deep fat, 375 degrees, 1-2 minutes, or until brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot.

Yield: 6 servings
