Shaker Fruit Ice

6 cup water
3 each lemons, juice only
3 each oranges, juice only
3 cup sugar
3 each bananas

Make a simple syrup of sugar and water, by boiling together for 3 minutes. Add lemon juice, and orange juice to syrup. Mash bananas and fold into mixture. Freeze. When lightly frozen, remove from freezer and beat with mixer. Return to freezer, and freeze until firm.

Yield: 12 servings
