Shaker Glazed Carrots

1 quart carrots, steamed
2 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup brown sugar

Peel and steam carrots. Place in lightly greased baking dish, and sprinkle with brown sugar. Dot with butter. Bake at 450 degrees, 20 minutes.

Yield: 4 servings
