BB: HOMEMADE SLOPPY JOES

2 tablespoon liquid butter buds
3 tablespoon wine vinegar
2 tablespoon brown sugar, or:
1/4 teaspoon sweet and low brown
3/4 cup ketchup
3 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 lb ground white turkey

Simmer all ingredients in a large, nonstick skillet, for 1 hour. This dish can also be cooked in a crock pot, for 4-5 hours. Serve on Wonder, fat free buns. Per serving, all sugar: fat 1 G, cholesterol 34 MG, fiber 1 G, calories 121, 8 percent calories from fat, protein 16 G, carbohydrate 12 G, sodium 393 MG. Per serving, one half sweet and low: calories 122, carbohydrate 10 G.
