Shaker Herb Mustard

1 each jar mustard, 8oz
9 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon thyme
1 teaspoon marjoram
1 teaspoon sperement
1 teaspoon lemon basil
1 teaspoon coriander
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
3/4 cup mayonnaise
Add sugar to mustard, and mix until sugar is dissolved. Add herbs, coriander, and celery salt. Blend in mayonnaise thoroughly. Store in refrigerator. Allow 2 weeks for complete blending of flavors.
Yield: 24 servings
