Shaker Holendaise Sauce

1 each stick butter
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
1 cup boiling water
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
4 each egg yolks, beaten

Mix flour into melted butter intop of double boiler. Add salt, and red pepper. Add boiling water. Stirring constantly, add egg yolks, and lemon juice. Continue stirring,, until well blended. Serve hot.

Yield: 8 servings
