Shaker Maple Parfay

3/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup shaker praleen chip
6 each egg yolks
1 quart whipped cream

Cook maple syrup and egg yolks in a double boiler, stirring constantly, until mixture coats back of spoon. Pour into a bowl and beat until cold. Whip cream separately. Pour whipped cream into maple mixture. Add Shaker Praleen chip. Place in mold and freeze.

Yield: 4 servings
