BB: HONEY BAKED ONIONS

3 each large red onions
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoon liquid butter buds
1 teaspoon sweet hungarian paprika
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon light salt
1/8 teaspoon cayeen pepper

Peel and cut onions in half crosswise. Place cut side down in a pammed baking dish, just large enough to hold all of the onions in 1 layer. Sprinkle with water. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees, for 30 minutes. Turn onions cut side up. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon half of the mixture over the onions. Return to oven and bake uncovered 15 minutes. Baste with remaining honey mixture and bake 15 more minutes. This is a good side dish that is very low in calorries, as well as low in fat. Per serving: fat 0.5 G, cholesterol 0 MG, fiber 4 G, calorries 148, 3 percent from fat, protein 3 G, carbohydrate 36 G, sodium 63 MG.
