Shaker Molded Cranberry Salad

1 pkg raspberry gelatin
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup water
1 pkg whole cranberries
1/2 cup cold water
2 cup sugar
2 each oranges, quartered, seeded

Boil pineapple juice, and 1/2 cup water. Add to gelatin and stir well until gelatin is dissolved. Add cold water. Chop cranberries in food chopper. Add sugar and mix well. When gelatin cools to consistency of egg white, fold in chopped cranberries and orange quarters. Pour into mold and chill until firm.

Yield: 8 servings
