Shaker Noodle Ring

1 pkg noodles, 8oz
1 1/2 cup milk
1 pkg velveta cheese, 8oz
3 tablespoon butter
3 each eggs
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1 tablespoon celery, chopped
1 tablespoon onion, chopped
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon pimento, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon red pepper

Cook noodles and drain. Heat milk, and melt cheese and butter in hot milk. Beat eggs, and add to milk, along with noodles, bread crumbs, and other ingredients. Bake in well greased ring mold or casserole dish, at 350 degrees, 35 minutes.

Yield: 8 servings
