BB: HOT CRAB DIP

6 tablespoon nonfat cream cheese
1/2 cup nonfat mayonaise
1 can crab, drained, 7 1/2oz
4 tablespoon minced onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon tobasco sauce

Beat cream cheese and mayonaise until smooth. Stir in other ingredients. Spoon into a small oven proof dish, that has been sprayed with a nonfat cooking spray. Bake 350 degrees, 30 minutes, or until bubbly. Makes 2 cups. Serve in 1/4 cup servings. Per serving: fat 0.4 G, cholesterol 16 MG, fiber 0 G, calories 51, 7 percent calories from fat, protein 7 G, carbohydrate 4 G, sodium 490 MG.

Yield: 8 servings
