Shaker Pop Corn Soup

2 1/2 cup corn
1 cup milk
3 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoon flour
2 1/2 cup milk
1/2 each onion
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 single pop corn
1/2 cup half and half

Cook corn in 1 cup milk until tender. Melt butter, and cook onion until tender. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper. Stir in additional milk, half and half, and add cooked corn. Sprinkle top of soup with pop corn, before serving.

Yield: 8 servings
