BB: ITALIAN PASTA SALAD

1 pkg spiral pasta, 8oz
2 each tomatoes, in wedges
2 cup broccoli, blanched
1/2 cup canned black beans
1/4 cup nonfat mayonnaise
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar, or:
1 1/2 pkg sweet and low
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Cook pasta in a large pot of unsalted water, and drain. Rinse and drain beans. In a large bowl combine pasta, tomatoes, broccoli, and black beans. Set aside. In a smaller bowl combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, garlic, Italian seasoning, and pepper. Pour over salad and toss to coat well. Cover and chill 2 hours. Per serving, all sugar: fat 0.4 G, cholesterol 0 MG, fiber 2 G, calories 68, 5 percent calories from fat, protein 3 G, carbohydrate 14 G, sodium 67 MG. Per serving, one half sweet and low: calories 63, carbohydrate 13 G.
