Shaker Sea Food Dip
appetizers, fish
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon parsley
1 tablespoon cooking sherry
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can crab meat,shrimp, or lobster
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Chill 2 hours, before serving. Dip may be thin.
Yield: 24 servings
