BB: LINGUINI PREMIVERRA

2 cup chopped broccoli
1 cup carrot strips
1 each onion, chopped
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoon liquid butter buds
1 each tomato, chopped
1 lb linguini
4 each egg beaters
1/4 cup nonfat parmisan cheese
In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook broccoli, carrots, onions, Italian seasoning, garlic, and pepper, in liquid butter buds or chicken broth, for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add tomato, and cook 1 minute more, or until vegetables are tender crisp. Toss with hot linguini, egg beaters, and parmisan cheese. Per serving: fat 0.6 G, cholesterol 0 MG, fiber 2 G, calories 148, 4 percent calories from fat, protein 8 G, carbohydrate 28 G, sodium 94 MG.
