Shaker Tuna Spinich Casserole

fish, vegetables

1 pkg chopped spinich, 10oz
1 can tuna, small, drained
1/3 cup fine bread crumbs
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon parmisan cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Cook and drain, frozen chopped spinich. Mix all ingredients, folding in mayonnaise last. Spoon into 9 inch pie pan. Sprinkle with additional cheese. Bake at 350 degrees, for 20 minutes. Serve immediately.

Yield: 8 servings
