BB: MACARONI AND BEAN BAKE

1 pkg macaroni 7oz, cooked
2 cup nonfat cheddar cheese
1 can pinto, ranch or red beans
1 can italian stewed tomatoes
1 each green pepper, diced
1 each red pepper, diced
2 tablespoon nonfat parmisan cheese

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9 inch square glass baking dish with pam. Combine cooked macaroni, 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, beans, tomatoes, and peppers. Mix well, then spoon into prepared dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese and parmisan cheese. Bake 25-30 minutes or until heated through. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Per serving: fat 0.7 G, cholesterol 0 MG, fiber 1 G, calorries 155, 4 percent from fat, protein 9 G, carbohydrate 28 G, sodium 434 MG.
