Sour Cream Coffee Cake

1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup nuts, chopped
1/2 cup raisins
2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 each stick butter
1 cup granulated sugar
2 each eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sour cream

Combine, brown sugar, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, cinnamon, nuts and raisins, and set aside for topping. In large bowl cream butter with sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Add sour cream and mix well. Add baking powder baking soda, and salt. Mix thoroughly. Slowly add flour. Spread half of the batter in greased 9 by 13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with half of the topping. Spread remaining batter over topping Add rest of topping. Bake at 325 degrees, 40-45 minutes.
