Sour Cream Dressing

1 each egg
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup sour cream
Place egg, vinegar, dry mustard, and sugar in blender. Blend 1 minute. Add sour cream. Pulse blender once or twice, just enough to mix. Over blending will thin dressing. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
Yield: 8 servings
