SPAGHETTI PIE (Italian Sauce Mix)

1 pkg spaghetti, 7oz
2 tablespoon butter
2 each eggs, beaten
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup creamy cottage cheese
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1 cup italian sauce, thawed
1 can tomato paste, 6oz
2 oz mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup
In large saucepan, boil spaghetti until just tender but not chooey, about 10 minutes. Drain. Transfer spaghetti to mixing bowl. Stir in butter. Add eggs and parmesan cheese. Press spaghetti mixture into greased 10 inch pie plate to form a crust. Spread with cottage cheese. In skillet, cook ground beef, onion and green pepper till meat is browned and vegetables are tender. Drain off fat. Stir in Italian Sauce and tomato paste. Heat through. Turn meat mixture into spaghetti crust. Cover edges with foil to prevent over browning. Bake at 350 degrees, 20 minutes. Sprinkle with shreaded mozzarella and continue baking 5 additional minutes, or till cheese is melted. Cut into wedges.
