SPEEDY BEEF VEGETABLE SOUP: (Stew Meat Mix)

1 1/2 cup stew meat mix
2 cup stew meat broth
1 can crushed tomatoes, 16oz
1 pkg frozen vegetables, 10oz
1 each large potato, cooked, diced
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/3 cup celery, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 single spatzle

In Dutch oven, combine stew meat mix, stew meat broth, crushed tomatoes, mixed vegetables, potato, onion, celery, seasoned salt, worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Cook over medium heat, 25 minutes, or till broth is thawed. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Cover, and simmer 15 minutes. Prepare spatzle. Add to simmering soup. Ladle hot soup into bowls.

Yield: 4 servings
