SPICY ITALIAN MEAT BALL SUBS: (Meat Ball Mix)

24 each meat balls
1 can spaghetti sauce, 16oz
1 each onion, sliced
1 each green pepper, cubed
1 tablespoon butter
6 each hoagie rolls
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

In medium skillet, combine meatballs and spaghetti sauce. Simmer covered, 25 minutes. Meanwhile, in small skillet cook onion and green pepper in butter till tender. Split and toast rolls. To serve, place 4 meat balls on each roll bottom. Spoon some onion mixture and spaghetti sauce over meat balls. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Add roll tops.

Yield: 6 servings
