Spinach Casserole

2 pkg frozen spinach, 10oz each
1 can water chestnuts 5oz, drained
1 pkg frozen welsh rarebit, 10oz
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
8 each strips bacon cooked crumbled
1/2 can onion rings, 3 1/2oz

Steam and drain, frozen chopped, spinach. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cooked spinach, sliced water chestnuts, liquid smoke, and one half of the thawed Welsh Rarebit in a 20-06 inch baking dish. Top with crumbled bacon and spread remaining rarebit evenly over all. Top with onion rings. Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Yield: 6 servings
