Spinach Cheese Pasta Casserole

1 pkg pasta shells, 8oz
2 each eggs
1 cup ricotta cheese
26 oz marinara sauce, in a jar
1 teaspoon salt
1 pkg chopped spinach, 10oz
4 oz motzarella cheese
1/4 cup parmisan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cook pasta in boiling salted water until almost done, drain. In a medium mixing bowl beat the eggs. Add ricotta and thawed frozen spinach, which has been squeezed dry with a towel. Stir together cooked pasta, marinara sauce, and salt, in a large bowl. Pour pasta mixture into prepared casserole dish. Top with ricotta mixture. Sprinkle motzarella and parmisan cheeses over top. Bake covered, 30 minutes. Uncover, and bake an additional 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Yield: 8 servings
