Spinach Suffle

1 lb frozen chopped spinach
1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cup half and half
1/2 cup bacon cooked crumbled
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3 tablespoon melted butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoon liquid smoke

Steam spinach until thoroughly cooked. Drain and place in large greased casserole. Fry bacon and onion together. Add cooked bacon and onion to spinach in casserole. Sprinkle with garlic powder and mix well. Set aside. In saucepan, combine Half And Half, liquid smoke, butter, flour, salt, and pepper. Stir well, and cook over medium heat until mixture thickens. Pour over spinach in casserole and stir to mix. Bake at 350 degrees, until hot and bubbly, about 40 minutes.
