1 cup yellow cornmeal
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup stew meat broth
1/2 cup milk
2 each eggs
1 tablespoon butter, melted

In medium mixing bowl, combine cornmeal, baking powder, and salt. Heat Stew Meat broth to boiling and add to cornmeal mixture in bowl, and mix well. Add milk, eggs, and melted butter, and beat thoroughly. Pour cornmeal batter over hot Meat Pie mixture. Bake at 400 degrees, 40 minutes, or till golden.

Yield: 4 servings
