Steak Supper In The Bag
main dish, meats, vegetables
2 lb stew meat, cubed
2 can cream mushroom soup
2 pkg dry onion soup
6 each carrots, quartered
4 each ribs celery, chopped
6 each potatoes, quartered
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
Place all ingredients in cooking bag. Fasten bag closed. Knead bag gently to combine all ingredients. Prick several holes in top of bag with fork. Place bag in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees, 2 hours.
Yield: 8 servings
