Stir And Roll Pizza

2 cup flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup cooking oil
12 oz tomato paste
2 tablespoon additional oil
1 cup pizza cheese
1 each green pepper, chopped
1 each small onion, chopped
4 oz sliced mushrooms, canned
1 cup hamburger, cooked, drained

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, milk, 1/4 cup oil, for crust. Stir vigorously until dough pulls from sides of bowl to form a ball. Turn dough onto lightly floured board and knead about 10 times. Divide dough into 2 balls for pizzas. Roll out dough to form a 14 inch circle. Place on pizza pan and roll over hanging dough around edge of pan under to form an edge of crust that does not extend over pan. Brush dough with 2 tsps of oil. Cover with 6 ounces of tomato paste. Spread cheese over tomato paste. Steam vegitables and spread evenly over cheese. Add a layer of meat if desired. Makes one large pizza.
