Stovetop, Crab Cakes

2 each eggs
2/3 cup water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 cup stuffing, from canister
2 can crab drained, 6oz
2 tablespoon butter

In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, water, and lemon juice. Stir in stuffing, and crab meat. Shape mixture into 8 patties. Cook crab cakes in butter in skillet over medium high heat. Cook 5 minutes on each side, or until cakes are golden brown.

Yield: 4 servings
