Stovetop, Veggy Medley Casserole

2 cup stuffing from canister
1 cup hot water
2 tablespoon butter
1 pkg frozen vegetables, 16oz
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

In large mixing bowl, combine stuffing, water, and butter, just until moistened. Let stand 5 minutes.Place vegetables in lightly greased 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with stuffing. Bake at 400 degrees, 20 minutes.

Yield: 6 servings
