Strawberry Sundae Sauce

2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon corn starch
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1 pkg frozen strawberries, 10oz

In saucepan, combine sugar, and corn starch. Stir in light corn syrup. Add thawed, sliced, strawberries. Cook and stir over medium heat till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir, 1-2 minutes longer. Cool. Store in refrigerator for later use. Makes 1 1/3 cups.

Yield: 6 servings
