Stromboli

1 lb ground beef
1 each small onion, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cup spaghetti sauce
4 oz mozzarella cheese slices
2 can crescent rolls

Brown ground beef together with onion and green pepper, drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce, cool. Roll out crescent roll dough, pinching perforated edges together. Place 2 slices of cheese in center of each piece of dough. Spread meat mixture to with in 1 1/2 inch of edge of dough. Roll up, starting at long edge. Pinch together to seal. Place seam side down on lightly greased cookie sheet or baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees, 30 minutes or until brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Yield: 2 servings
