SWEET-SOUR CHICKEN MOLD: (Creamy Sauce Mix)

1/4 cup creamy sauce mix
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup sour cream
1 pkg lemon jello, 3oz
1 1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1 each carrot chopped
1 1/2 cup cooked chicken, chopped

In saucepan, combine creamy sauce mix, and 1/2 cup cold water. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1-2 minutes longer. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream. Turn mixture into mixing bowl, and set aside. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1-2 minutes longer. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream. Turn mixture into mixing bowl, set aside. In saucepan combine, gelatin, and remaining water. Heat and stir till gelatin dissolves. Blend gelatin mixture into sour cream mixture. Add lemon juice and dill weed. Chil, till partially set. Stir chopped carrot and chicken into partially set gelatin mixture. Turn into mold. Chill till firm.
