SWISS BEEF BAKE: (Creamy Sauce Mix)

2 each onions, chopped
1 lb ground beef
2/3 cup creamy sauce mix
1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
1 1/4 cup cold water
1 1/2 cup herb stuffing mix
1/2 cup herb stuffing mix, crushed
1 tablespoon butter, melted
2 oz swiss cheese

In skillet, cook onions, and ground beef till meat is browned and onions are tender. Drain off fat. To skillet, add creamy sauce mix, and bouillon. Blend water slowly into meat mixture. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1-2 minutes longer. Remove from heat. Stir in 1 1/2 cups herb stuffing mix. Turn into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. In small bowl, combine crushed Herb Stuffing Mix, and melted butter. Mix thoroughly. Sprinkle atop casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees, 20 minutes. Shread cheese, and sprinkle atop casserole. Bake 2-3 minutes longer or till cheese melts.
