Texmex Appetizer Tart

1 each 9 inch pie crust
1 1/2 cup colby-jack cheese blend
1/2 cup roasted red bell pepper
1/2 cup mayonaise
1 can chopped green chilis, 4.5oz
1/4 cup fresh celantro, chopped

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Place crust on ungreased baking sheet. In medium bowl combine cheese, roasted bell peppers, (use peppers from 1 7.25 ounce jar, drained), mayonnaise, and chilis. Mix well, spread over crust to within 1 inch of edge. Fold crust edges over filling to form a 1 inch border. Flute crust to form edge of tart. Bake at 375 degrees, 25-35 minutes, or until crust is golden brown. Sprinkle with celantro, or parsley. Let tart stand 10 minutes, cut into wedges, serve warm.
