THOUSAND ISLAND SAUCE: (Creamy Sauce Mix)

1/2 cup creamy sauce mix
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 cup cold water
1 each hard boiled egg, chopped
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon onion, chopped
1 teaspoon horse radish
In saucepan, combine creamy sauce mix, and mustard. Add 1 cup cold water. Cook and stir till bubbly. Stir in remaining ingredients, and heat through. Makes 1 1/3 cups.
