Toffey Crunch Bars

cookies

1 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup nuts, chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 pkg graham crackers

Lightly grease a large cookie sheet. Cover with graham cracker squares. Place 2 sticks butter and sugar in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add nuts and vanilla. Mix well. Pour over graham crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Yield: 24 servings
