Truffle Tort

1 lb simisweet chocolate
2 1/2 each sticks unsalted butter
5 each eggs, separated
1/4 cup kalua
Grease and flour 1 9 inch square spring form pan. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Melt chocolate and butter together; blend well. Set aside. Beat room temperature egg yolks well. Add kalua. Pour in to chocolate mixture and blend. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold in to mixture. Gently pour chocolate mixture in to prepared pan. Bake for 12 minutes. Cake will appear to be unbaked but will set, as it cools.
