Tuna Rice Casserole

1 1/2 cup milk
2 each eggs, beaten
3 tablespoon butter, melted
1 teaspoon parsley
1 each onion, chopped
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 can tuna, drained
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup bread crumbs

In saucepan, scald milk, then pour into a mixing bowl. Add bread crumbs, butter, parsley, onion, and salt to bowl, and mix well. Add tuna, eggs, and cooked rice. Mix thoroughly. Pour tuna mixture into a 2 quart buttered casserole dish. Bake, at 350 degrees, 30 minutes.

Yield: 6 servings
