TURKEY BISCUIT RING: (Creamy Sauce Mix)

main dish, poultry

1 each onion, chopped
1 each rib celery, chopped
1 tablespoon butter
1/3 cup creamy sauce mix
2 cup cold water
2 cup cooked turkey, chopped
2 cup hearty wheat master mix
2 tablespoon parsley
1/2 cup creamy sauce mix
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
2 tablespoon diced pimiento

In saucepan, cook onion and celery in butter till tender. Combine 1/3 cup creamy sauce mix, and 1/2 cup water. Add to saucepan. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1-2 minutes longer. Remove from heat. Stir in turkey and set aside. In mixing bowl combine Hearty Wheat Master Mix, and parsley. Add 1/2 cup water. Stir till dough follows fork around sides of bowl. On floured pastry board, knead dough 10-12 times. Roll or pat dough into a 12-8 inch rectangle. Spread turkey mixture evenly over dough. Roll, jelly roll style, starting at long end. Form into a ring on greased baking sheet. Pinch edges to seal. Make cuts at 2 inch intervals, to, but not through, bottom of ring. Bake at 400 degrees, 20-25 minutes. In small saucepan, combine 1/2 cup creamy sauce mix, 1 cup water, and bouillon granules. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1-2 minutes longer. Add pimiento. To serve, pass sauce to pour over individual portions of turkey biscuit ring.
