BB: MEXICAN PIZZA

1/2 cup corn meal, plus:
1 tablespoon corn meal
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon light salt
3/4 cup skim milk
1/4 cup liquid butter buds
1 pkg taco sauce, 12oz
1 can mexican chili beans, 15oz
1/2 lb ground white turkey
1 can chopped green chilis, drain
2 cup nonfat cheddar cheese
1 pkg japaleno peppers, sliced

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Spray a 14 inch pizza pan with pam. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon corn meal into prepared pan. Combine remaining corn meal, flour, baking powder, and salt. Add milk and liquid butter buds. Stir with a fork until mixture forms a ball. Press dough into prepared pan, and shape edge to form a rim. Bake 15 minutes. Cook ground turkey in a covered bowl in the microwave for 5 minutes. Stir, and continue cooking 1-3 more minutes. Drain turkey. In a medium bowl combine turkey, undrained beans, green chilis and taco sauce. Spread mixture over cooked crust. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Arrange sliced japaleno peppers on top of cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Per serving: fat 1.8 G, cholesterol 19 MG, fiber 2 G, calorries 258, 6 percent from fat, protein 18 G, carbohydrate 42 G, sodium 633 MG.
