Vanilla Cream Cheese Frosting

1 each stick butter, softened
1 pkg cream cheese softened, 3oz
1/4 cup milk
1 lb powdered sugar, 3 1/2 cups

Cream butter, cream cheese, and milk. Add vanilla. Gradually add powdered sugar. Mix thoroughly. Beat until frosting is smooth and creamy. Makes 3 cups.This makes enough frosting for tops and sides of 2, 8 or 9 inch layers, top of 1 15-10 inch pan of bar cookies, 24 cup cakes, or 48 cookies.

Yield: 30 servings
