Vanilla Cream Pudding

2 tablespoon corn starch
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
5 each eggs
2 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix corn starch, sugar and salt in sauce pan and set aside. Beat eggs thoroughly, add milk. Pour into corn starch mixture. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens. Cook and stir 1 minute more. Stir in butter and Vanilla. Chill before serving.

Yield: 6 servings
